Purpose of the job:
The Executive Revenue Accounts will be responsible for accurate recording, reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting of passenger and other airline-related revenues. The role ensures that sales data, collections, refunds, taxes, commissions, and receivables are properly accounted for in accordance with company policies, accounting standards, and airline industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile daily passenger ticket sales from airline reservations, GDS, websites, airports, city offices, travel agents, and other sales channels.
• Verify ticket sales, EMDs, refunds, cancellations, reissues, and related revenue transactions.
• Reconcile sales reports with bank deposits, payment gateways, credit cards, mobile financial services, and other collection sources.
• Monitor and reconcile BSP/ARC or applicable travel-agent settlement transactions.
• Review agent receivables, collections, commissions, incentives, and outstanding balances.
• Prepare and monitor ADM/ACM (Agency Debit Memo / Agency Credit Memo) transactions where applicable.
• Ensure correct accounting of passenger fares, taxes, surcharges, service fees, and other airline revenues.
• Perform credit card and online payment reconciliation and identify unmatched or disputed transactions.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Sales, Reservation, Airport, IT, Treasury, and other departments for revenue-related issues.
• Assist in reconciliation of flown revenue, unearned revenue, and advance ticket sales.
• Monitor ticket utilization and identify expired, unused, refunded, or partially utilized tickets.
• Support interline and codeshare revenue accounting and reconciliation, where applicable.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management.
• Prepare revenue-related journal vouchers and ensure timely posting into the accounting/ERP system.
• Investigate revenue discrepancies, revenue leakage, duplicate transactions, or incorrect postings and take corrective action.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for revenue transactions.
• Assist internal and external auditors by providing revenue-related schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, applicable tax regulations, and aviation industry accounting procedures.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities related to revenue accounts.
• Perform any other finance and revenue-accounting duties assigned by management.

Specification:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of revenue accounts, finance, or accounting.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
